* Overseeing multiple locations across the globe with both large and small management teams. Directly supervising 1,500 plus employees. Overseeing operating budgets in excess of $150 million, increasing revenue by 20%, reducing costs upwards of 25%, increasing operating net profit of operating divisions by 15 - 20% while simultaneously increasing employee retention by 40% and improving quality and customer service
* Improving and delivering "Best-In-Class" customer service and operational processing while decreasing costs and increasing revenue for service and operational units
* Developing vision, strategy and plans for execution for major business units that became actual reality and a tremendous success in creating "Client Value Focused" entities
