Following is a sampling of programs, for either the small business owner or the corporate business or divisional leader of a larger company:
Executive Coaching: Work with senior executives to assist in their understanding and awareness of their management and/or leadership style. Work to learn how to understand the styles of those they must interact with to deliver the functions and business growth. This is learning how to modify their communications so they are "heard" by their constituents and these individuals will be willing to work towards the common goals. This would also dispel certain myths of what makes a true leader, while educating them on what is key to be a true leader.
Personal Coaching: From 2-4 hours a week spent with the business owner and management team either at their place of work or in EBS's office. All aspects and source solutions for the owner and their management team will be covered from concept to implementation. For optimum effectiveness of the program, a minimum of a one-year commitment, often expanding into multi-year relationship.
Premier Individual Coaching Program: A regularly scheduled session, usually for one hour, with the business owner to identify the key elements of the business that the owner is not providing. This will provide a continuing education in management, team growth, financial and technical knowledge.
Team and Management Team Projects and Programs: Building a team of management professionals. This program successfully brings cohesion to employees from different management styles, education and adds value to the company. Each employee will learn his or her direct impact to the company and the customer.
Customer Value: Learning to understand what is truly of value to the customer and where their satisfaction is first found. It is found not only with the product but also with the marketing, the selling process, customer service and your commitment to them.
Business Support Plan: A systemized approach to business purpose, vision, goal, identification of customers, market, cost and cost management, process improvement, marketing and sales, customer value and greater profitability.
Business Effectiveness Series: A 30-hour business overview course for the business owner covering all key aspects of owning and running a business. This will be offered in both a classroom series as well as a one to one service. The individual programs will be structured to fit the available time of the business owner. The classroom series is either one-day per week for 2-3 hours over 12 weeks, or 3 Saturdays for 8 hours a day. The topics cover: What is value customer is buying, marketing, sales, advertising, pricing, cost control, finance and finance metrics, how to work better with your accounting provider, customer service, employee value and enrichment and therefore, profit improvement. This broad overview allows those attending to better identify the true direction their business is headed and if they can make minor alterations as needed to improve their company and profitability. For many, they will realize the segment of specific areas that are deficient in their business and then seek one of the other programs offered.
